Please ensure that you have read all guidelines, and that you have ALL of the required elements (e.g. an image created to spec, ‘What I can offer you’ options AND a personal statement) before filling out the Clinical Profile creation form (bottom of page).

1 Profile images

If your image does not meet ALL of the criteria then it will need to be re-supplied.

Subjects must be alone, shot straight on, looking at camera with a friendly, approachable & engaging expression. Strictly no glaring or pulling silly faces.
Subjects must be in correct Clinical uniform, with all of the their torso & head visible in shot (including all of both shoulders and upper arms)
Images must be good quality (in focus, well-lit, natural colours) and high resolution – professional photography is great, but good quality, well-lit photos, taken on a good quality smart phone are also perfectly acceptable. Please supply original, un-compressed images where possible
Images must be supplied on their own as either a .jpg .png or a .tiff file (i.e. not within a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file)
