SUMMER AT THE CLUB

IMPORTANT: To help promote your ‘Summer at the Club’ events on your digital screens, a blank ‘Digital Calendar’ has been created for you. When you fill in & approve an upcoming day of events on this calendar, an animation will be created to promote it, and will appear on your screens on the days leading up to the day in question.

Each day on the calendar should be filled in & approved by the General Manager ASAP, but no later than 7 days before it requires promoting. If approvals are received in time, the screens will show up to 3 upcoming days of events, on a rolling basis.

Please read the guidelines & watch the tutorial below before editing your calendar. If you need help, call 01252 368 361 or send us a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

GUIDELINES & TUTORIAL

Please read the guidelines below, and watch the tutorial before filling in your calendar.

  • You can promote a max of 5 events for each day, try to avoid events that are subject to change.
  • Add events to your calendar ahead of time, and approve each day as soon as you are sure that details will not change (but no later than 7 days before the day in question).
  • Ensure that you thoroughly check all of event details before approving each day.
  • If you need to make changes to an approved day, you must update the ‘Approval Date’ for it, otherwise your changes will not be registered. We will endeavour to re-create animations where we can.

OPEN & EDIT YOUR CALENDAR

Please watch the tutorial above before proceeding. Once done, take care choosing your club below and then click ‘Open Calendar’ to load it & begin editing.

Be aware that it may take a minute or so for your calendar to fully load.
